Can Indom and power cosmic be considered a useable prequisite to use mental sheilds since you only need MC or Willpower?

Indomitable allows the character to "use" willpower, so I suppose it should work for that purpose.

Power Cosmic, no.

would power cosmic avoid the pushing damage normally associated with mind controllin over a 100, 200, 300, +up or whatever?

no

mind control damage isn't pushing damage, it's just unavoidable (got corrected somewhere) so it's not able to be reduced, avoided, etc. except through Mental Shields or perhaps some special power wording (like Enchantress from HoT)

Why wouldnt PC work? Doesnt pcosmic allow " users can use will power"
Or wait it goes characters don't take pushing damage corret?

I read in the coming errata preview that power cosmic will allow characters to use willpower, so that you can choose to take the push, i think, in which case that should make it a useable for the feat

If Power cosmic is reworded to allow people to use willpower than you would be able to assign Mental Shields but currently you can't.

Actually, I think that the new wording has been released. I know they talk about it on the Realms as though it's official and the new PAC was presented on Heroclix World website. There are character previews I hadn't seen yet on there as well... SHIELD Enforcer...Hello!

Apparently there was some update...I didn't catch it. Too many sources these days and not enough quick, quality updates on the Wizkids page.
