Like that 50 point Shi from Indy? 8 range 3 damage 11 attack, stealth and blades? Probably supersenses knowing the Indy set.

Yeah, she is brutal. Three damage, 11 attack, 8 range, stealth, SS, brutal!

I always found Stealth to be counterintuitive on many of the early Wolverines. He goes up to hide in the bush. Can't do anything. Then, he needs to base someone but only has half movement. He's stuck. It takes him forever to get in the combat unless he has a taxi or Tker. I prefer Charge on Wolvie because he is more aggressive. Here's hoping for a new uberWolverine in the new set because I don't think there will be a legal nonZombie Wolverine after retirement in a few weeks without one.

Exactly and now 8 range is great it not like the days of old when you needed 10 range just to be considered a 1/2 decent range attacker.

She also had that...uh...Crusade? TA that knocked people back even if she didn't hit. Or is my memory going still?

Memory is going still... but it has some signs of life, yet.

Shi had Crusade, but Crusade TA causes knockback on any attack roll of doubles (except snake-eyes). Or, at least it does in UNrestricted play. In restricted, it just sits on the sidelines watching the cool kids play...

And with the new rules, the best tie-up piece would be:
Plascicity + TK + Impervious + Prob Control. (Can you figure it out.)

TK to draw you in.
If you roll to break, you will have to make two attempts at a '6' (Plas + PC).
If you attempt to smack, you will have to make two attempts to hit, with a chance of an Imperv roll.

I would like to point out that they stopped making characters with energy explosion and three lightning bolts...
Maybe they wanted Ultron and Boomerang to be the only characters ever, who, with the help of a few shield guys could do over 54 clix of damage in a single shot (imagine three targets, each with five adjacent teammates and ultron getting shield abilitied 3 times).
This doesn't work anymore. Energy explosion now reduces damage to one until the attack is resolved, but it was pretty dang ridiculous for a while there.
